(1) The payment period and interest rate of the bond issued in accordance with Section 6 shall be as determined by the Government of Nepal, the relevant provincial government or the local level based on the bond.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), the rate of interest on promissory notes may be determined by verbal means.
(3) The interest payment period and method of promissory note shall be as prescribed.
